The main dishes that we are featuring at the Night It Up festival 2019 are:
“Ramen on a Stick” Our unique approach to the traditional ramen. Why not bring this favourite winter dish to a summer festival? Our spin of the ramen consists of umami-flavoured and straightforward ingredients – pork butt chashu, naruto fish cake, and noodle-crusted, deep-fried marinated egg. And don’t forget, it is on a stick!
“Brazilian Picanha Steak” A hearty and flavourful experience. The Brazilian Pichanha Steak is crusted in Farofa, or toasted cassava flour, the Brazilian way. Cooked medium-rare, the perfect level for a tender steak. It is then complimented with molho verde sauce with Asian ingredients. The cool taste of mint and the mouth-watering savouriness of the steak is a perfect combination on a hot summer day!
“Not a Taco-Yaki” A Brazilian take on Taco Yaki. Made with the traditional Pão de Queijo, or Brazilian cheese bread, shaped into a ball and stuffed with octopus. But don’t worry, you’ll still have the satisfaction of that first hot, steamy bite like the Japanese version!
